Returns Policy:

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If it has been more than 14 days since the delivery of your package, we won’t be able to offer you an exchange or refund, unfortunately. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. So, please keep referring to this policy before placing your order.

At Nile Luxe, we work very hard to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand there might be occasions when you may need to return an item. • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please write to us at nileluxe@nileluxe.ltd to raise a return request within 14 days of receiving the products.
• Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in a re-saleable condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
• Non-returnable products (for hygiene reasons) include cosmetics, hair accessories, hairbrushes, hair extensions, wigs, earrings, foot spas, electricals, and manicure tools.
• If you change your mind about a purchase, you will need to return the product at your own cost. Please ensure it is sent by recorded post, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during the return process.
• We only accept returns and do not offer exchanges. For exchanges, you would need to return the items first, then place a new order.
