Our returns and refund policy is as follows:
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please write to us at nileluxe@nileluxe.ltd to raise a return request within 14 days of receiving the products .
- Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in a re-saleable condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Non-returnable products (for hygiene reasons) include cosmetics, hair accessories, hairbrushes, hair extensions, wigs, earrings, foot spas, electricals, and manicure tools.
- If you change your mind about a purchase, you will need to return the product at your own cost. Please ensure it is sent by recorded post, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during the return process.
- We only accept returns and do not offer exchanges. For exchanges, you would need to return the items first, then place a new order.
Please Note: Orders are not dispatched during bank holidays and on weekends.
Tracking :
Once you have placed the order and it has been confirmed by Nile Luxe, you will receive the shipping confirmation via email and SMS (if applicable). This confirmation is sent once your order has been processed for dispatch. Using the link in the email, you should be able to track your shipment.
